El vino Mas Ball\u00eds es una realidad fruto de un proyecto con dos objetivos que han guiado nuestros pasos para elaborar un vino tinto de calidad y con personalidad singular.<\/p>\n

El primero, recuperar el vi\u00f1edo en el municipio de Llad\u00f3, en el Alt Empord\u00e0, con el fin de enriquecer, diversificar y conservar el entorno y su paisaje, y la biodiversidad que ello conlleva, conscientes de que la fauna y la flora de los vi\u00f1edos no es algo secundario.<\/p>\n

Con estos principios hemos producido un vino tinto ecol\u00f3gico, con Garnacha y Syrah, que habla en boca con el lenguaje de su entorno natural.<\/p>\n

En segundo objetivo, convertir el retorno de la cepa a Llad\u00f3 en un hecho con un componente cultural y social propio, como el que, en el Mediterr\u00e1neo, siempre ha supuesto la elaboraci\u00f3n del vino. Por tanto, quer\u00edamos encontrar la manera de hacer participar a la gente del pueblo desde el primer d\u00eda. <\/p>\n

El Ayuntamiento de Llad\u00f3 se mostr\u00f3 inmediatamente receptivo con la idea y acordamos que una buena v\u00eda ser\u00eda hacerlo a trav\u00e9s de la participaci\u00f3n de la escuela. La v\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica fue incluir el descubrimiento del vi\u00f1edo como una apuesta basada en el conocimiento del pueblo en el que vivimos. Esto se materializ\u00f3 en la participaci\u00f3n de los alumnos en la plantaci\u00f3n de las cepas y el seguimiento anual de la evoluci\u00f3n del vi\u00f1edo hasta llegar a la primera vendimia. <\/p>\n
